Android phone not sending or receiving messages.
Hope this is the correct loop
Husbands phone (Doro) is not receiving messages - or able to send them. To begin with it was the automated ones (one time number from the bank not received, confirmation of appointment from surgery not received, invitation for covid jab not received) but now he can't send or receive from me, either. (What's app all ok). Have checked aeroplane mode is off, and have switched on mobile data as well as internet.
Have emptied lots of old messages. Still no joy. What else can I do?
