As the loop is not being used, I have decided to close it. I created it after previous moderators had decimated the Romford and Hornchurch loops and used them for non-local posts.

I'm pleased to see that the destroyer of the above two loops has left Scooploop. Let's hope the new moderator just moderates, instead of removing content.

Beware of phone thefts by bike riders in Romford. One was stolen this morning outside the library. Parading your phone on the street is like showing your wallet, particularly if you have an iPhone!
