This is what community is all about!
I think having ' The people's Fridge' is such a great way to help our neighbours. This is located in Popup Brixton. Anyone can leave food in the fridge or take it out. Not enough people know about this!

Days out in London Part 4: Grand Union Canal (Edited)
Some photos following the Grand Union Canal from Watford to Hanwell Locks. It's a long and nice walk, though some parts south of Uxbridge are a bit boring ( mainly because you follow the canal through a modern industrial estate ). For whoever might want to do this walk: This is a proper 8 hours walk ( or more if you make longer breaks ), so be prepared.
Photos contain an alligator, a chopped off hand, a giant gorilla ( if you can spot it ) and breakfast tea. -
Days out in London Part 3: River Wandle Valley
Some impressions from walking along the River Wandle from West Croydon to Wandsworth, and I think the bird on photo no 5 is an Egyptian goose.
-
Days out in London Part 2, Dulwich Woods
Dulwich Woods, possible signs of a Blair ( or rather Dulwich ) Witch, Cox Bridge ( old railway bridge in the woods ) and a pond.

Quick Review: "Another Funny Turn" at Block 336, Brixton
I visited the opening of the new show at Brixton 336 Gallery on brixton Road yesterday, "Another Funny Turn" by Sarah Cockings & Harriet Fleuriot. For those interested in art installations I highly recoomend to visit the show.
I love how they work with materials and light, the whole thing is certainly a bit trippy and has a touch of Dada (I mean, who pins an inflatable, rotating sofa to a wall?). I am normally not a big fan of video screenings in exhibitions but this was one of the few times I felt it really fit in with the theme.
The opening yesterday was packed with people.
The show runs until 14th June , open Thursday – Saturday 12-6pm. -
