You will need to register your car to use HCC recycling Centres
I may have missed it but I did not know this until a friend shared on Facebook. It appears that in 2020 (not sure when) there will be barriers at the entrance which will only rise if you have registered your vehicle. It's very easy to do - took a minute or 2, but I think could have been a lot better advertised. Here is the website
