Would this rule change improve football at every level?
Fouling an opposition player once is noted by the referee.
The offender stays on the pitch.
Commit another bad foul on an opposition player, and the same offender gets a yellow card, but stays on the pitch.
[ and may be substituted so another team member can come on and carry on fouling ].
Suggestion:
Any football player receiving a yellow card receives a 10 minute sending off to the "sin bin" and may not be substituted.
So once he/she comes back on, one more foul and he/she is sent off.
