When Keyworkers are pulled over by Police

My nephew is a keyworker. He works for an electricity supply company. If he is ever stopped by the police he has a letter from his employer to prove he is a keyworker and he is not breaking the lockdown rules by being in his car or van.
Being typically him he is using it to drive to friends and to here. Today he came here with a friend who is his barber to borrow my spare room to get his hair cut. Then later another friend turned up.
They were joking about police stopping people and handing out fines, and people driving when they shouldn't be. I said, "yes, like you ". His friend said that he keeps a bag of shopping in the car so he can tell any Police officer that he has just been shopping.
I have given up telling him he shouldn't be visiting me.
As for my sister and her daughter, I have declared them members of my household even though they don't live here. She's a really good cook and as they live in a flat they do not have their own household.
