This morning Jersey States Members voted by a landslide in support of the principle of assisted dying - 36 to 10. This vote paves the way for Jersey to become the first British Parliament to enact an assisted dying law.
Today is a victory for common-sense and compassion. It is also a victory for you, our dedicated supporters, who have enabled us to back campaigns not just in Westminster and Scotland, but across the British Isles.
