Sour Cream question
Tonights dinner is going to be Stagg dynamite chili con carne with long grain white rice.
I have an already opened pot of sour cream in the fridge. The use by date on it is 10th July. So I must've opened and used some before then. It looks and smells ok. Should I use it tonight?
