Raphaels Park
Boots mentioned I was seen in Raphaels Park on Sunday and I wonder if the person that saw me also witnessed some yobs kick a Pomeranian puppy to death, as has been reported in the Romford Recorder online today. I got there about 4pm and the sickening incident happened about 3pm. Im sure the police would be very interested in any information given.
