Queen Hospital
I had to go to Queens today, parked in the disable bay at the ground floor. When we come out see a man going round looking in the cars for Blue badges. This is the first time i have seen this, he found a few cars with the drivers sitting in the cars and no blue badge showing. He had a word with them and they drove off, no ticket, i think they should have been issued a ticket.
