Reason for recall:
The mains plug does not properly fit in the socket and its casing can be easily detached. While plugging or unplugging the charger, the casing might open, leaving live parts accessible and increasing the risk of the user receiving an electric shock.
The product does not comply with the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive and the relevant European standard EN 60335.

Electrical Safety First recommends that anyone who discovers they have an electrical item that has been recalled should stop using it immediately
