phone number to speak to DVLA at a decent rate
I just tried to speak to someone at DVLA the charge was £3.60 per minute but I felt I had no choice ! after 3 mins of listening to their bumf I had not spoken to anyone and thought a tenner was enough and hung up.
Is there a cheaper number to call ?
here is my problem I have received in the post the usual renewal reminder but it also states THIS VEHICLE NEEDS AN APPROPRIATE MOT TEST CERTICATE ….so I ran Citreon and they confirmed the car had an MOT on 27/4/18 and they gave me the cert number and said they had passed on to DVLA on that date same as usual.
So not being very good with computer sites I want to talk to a PERSON.

I once shouted down the phone to British Rail enquiries "I want to speak to an ordinary proper person" and then I heard someone clear their throat and I man's voice said " I am a proper person madam" ! of course I said sorry and he said he understood it could get very frustrating !.
