Paying VAT
Do you still pay VAT if the trader is not VAT Registered? I've tried looking it up but still totally confused as usual. Invoice in question is for replacement d/g window but there is no VAT number on the (hand-written) invoice. Received the original quote detailing cost of unit and labour and then I asked is that the total cost, and was told no, VAT is added. Which never fails to annoy me, I need the total cost but that is beside the point. Thanks.
