    P & O boss admits breaking law

    CEO Peter Hebblethwaite, on £325k a year basic, admitted to a Commons committee that he deliberately broke the employment law by not consulting with Unions before sacking all 800 employees. Then said he would do it again because he knew the unions wouldn't agree to the proposal.
    The sacked workers have been replaced by foreign agency workers that Hebblethwaite admitted were being paid below minimum wage on £5.50 an hour.
