Online deliveries and refund.
Before the coronavirus saga when one returned an item the refund email arrived a few hours later and showed on ones statement not more than a day later. Now they tell you one has to wait for up to 10 days. What has changed?Had to phone them 22. April spending a few hours listening to music. No email notification arrived. Phoned again 23. "with music" and lady did say she do it now. As it was a substitute and "not price matched" I did query why they always send the more expensive item. She got quite shirty and said she refunded me and banged the phone down. In fact the did not refund me all and they still owe me money. Have not received an email refund notification as of today.
I am not letting this rest and looked everywhere for their email address. Does anyone know how best and most effective to get in touch with Sainsburys? (have still to asked for rest of money owing to me)
By the way we are only talking about the meagre sum of ----£696.30 --- as some idiot instead of 6 items clocked up 66.
