Nursing scandal.
The Nursing and Midwifery Counci who are the regulator for safe nursing and responsible for disciplinary hearings has been accused of having a toxic culture. Also that cases take for too long to be resolved either way.

A rape case that took 7 years before the male nurse was found guilty and sacked.
A case where a male nurse was caught viewing child porn images on his smartphone. Category one images which are the worst kind. The NMC decided there was no case to answer as it was his private life, not work related. He is still working in a hospital somewhere.
