Neighbours parcel
I took in a parcel for a neighbour on Tuesday, the driver said he had emailed them to tell them who had it, since then I have knocked several times but got no answer, I have put a note through their door and managed to find one of them on FB and sent a message.
Still nobody had been for it or answered my message.
What can I do now ? - the parcel says 'next day delivery'
