Lycra Louts are the new victims of hate crime
A liberal elite cyclists campaign group wants anyone who says "Lycra Louts" at cyclists to be arrested for hate crime.
They also want the word "accident" banned when a cyclist is involved in an accident. Instead they want the report to begin, "Collision between a cyclist and a crimiinal motorist".
They want every collision to be reported as the motorist fault.
They want it never mentioned if the cyclist wasn't wearing a helmet or hi-viz clothing.
