    Laptop doesn't work

    I do log in to find after a minute that the laptop shutdown down with an error message on a blue screen telling me that windows has encountered an error and is shutting down to restart.

    This went on for hours then l wasn't allowed to log in because it had happened to many times. I was told to keep the laptop on 2 hours then retry. But if l can't log in and l can't stay logged on for 2 hours, what should l do?

    I can't even switch it off completely because l can't access the switch.
    It's a Dell lap top. How can l log in at all?
