Is Deliveroo muscling in on Just Eat?
Not that long ago if you wanted a traditional takeaway like Chinese, Indian, Burger or Fried Chicken, Just Eat was the website to look on. If you wanted something from a proper restaurant, say Mexican, Italian or Thai you would look at Deliveroo.
But now more and more of the traditional takeaways are also on Deliveroo. Are they muscling in on Just Eats territory?
Also for three times now I've had to abandon an order on Just Eat because "the restaurant is currently not taking orders" usually right at the payment stage. But then I have gone to Deliveroo and ordered without a hitch.
Also like the option on Deliveroo to add £1 for the driver.
