If you use OneDrive, then your documents are not in your documents folder, they are in OneDrive's documents folder. You can go directly to your real documents folder at C:\Users\enter your user name here\documents. If your OneDrive is full or getting full, then you can use this folder. The same may apply to your photos/videos/music folders.
