A couple bought a country cottage in Cumbria on the show. They thought it came with the nice garden as shown, but only the first 5 feet of land was theirs. The rest of the garden belonged to the farm next door.
It also turned out the auctioneer was also the vendor. He later admitted mis-describing the property. The episode was dropped.
