Take care when texting or emailing young people, and starting sentences in Word
Did you know that some young people are offended by full stops at the end of texts and emails? It is considered rude. One person described it as 'turning your back on someone when you're speaking with them. One couple even split up after arguing about full stops.
Microsoft now deems that having two spaces after a full stop before starting a new sentence, is incorrect, and will be flagged accordingly. Time for a full stop to this malarky!
