Via Worcester Park's Central Road, which has more restaurants and take-aways than you can shake a stick at!
Counted 20 scooter riders with food deliveries in 5 minutes.
A lot of of them were showing L-plates, and definitely unworried about the 20mph limit.
Wonder if these drivers should at least have passed the test before being eligible for this work?
