EON - the worst company I have ever dealt with
Within 2 weeks and before any meter reading they wanted to put it up by £15 per month, grudgingly I agreed to a £10 rise.
Now they have told me that i do not qualify for the £140 Warm Home Discount with them, been getting it for the last 3 years with other companies but EON's criteria is different so I lose out.
Now after just 28 days and paying 1 months DD I have had an on-line bill from them for £21 but no breakdown of usage, just a total due.
They are virtually un-contactable as there online chat is always offline - no advisors available and phone calls are on hold for ever and then cut off, last time it took me over a week to get any response from them.
Rant over but still very pissed off and wish I had never switched but the get out fee is £60
