Credit card security.
Went through the procedures and waited for phone call. Nothing --- then I realised if it is an automatic service as we have a phone blocker I will wait a long time.
Phoned credit card for advice, she tried again to send code to landline without success. I asked for security code to be text to mobile explaining that I am hard of hearing and can not hear over mobile plus we have weak signal so I would have to go outside to find a signal. No success.I asked for an email -- can not do.I asked if I could use a card reader ---can not do.
Now I have to wait for post to arrive and it is the weekend.
Has anyone been in the same situation or can think of anything else what to do?
I feel the new technology is anti age.
