Council want to scrap free parking in tow centres
Just reading in Romford Recorder that council are proposing to scrap free parking in Upminster, Hornchurch and Elm Park because of they say budget cuts.
At present you can park for 30 mins for free but if they get their way it will be £2 to park for the same time.
The high street is already struggling this is not going to help small business's
