Can someone explain the small boats policy?
It may sound daft, but I'm not sure what it is.
I read that Labour will stop the use of hotels for those who crossed in small boats, but then read that these people crossing could then apply for asylum, which currently under the hotel scheme they couldn't? Or am I reading it totally wrong?
