Barking & Dagenham Library service
what is going on ? anyone else having problems ?
I only want to renew one solitary library book, tried to sign in as have done many times before it wont let me. Tried ringing the number given on the renewal notice it just rings & rings, don't want to use automated service as I am bound to press the wrong button ,sent them an e mail as they suggest you can do and its just been returned undeliverable.
Apart from making the trip to the actual library which I don't want to do , any suggestions folks ?
