Autism
I have taught children with learning difficulties which included children with Asperger's and autism. They are often very bright but sometimes have difficulty accessing the curriculum. They can have difficulty socialising with their peers. Obviously the spectrum Is wide so each child needs individual help. However no medicine, doctor or surgery can change the way their brains are wired just as it can't be done yet with any of us and hopefully it will never change.
