We do not have an Asda close by but, we visited one near Christmas and saw their incompetence in not providing staff ‘on the floor’ or at tills at the busiest times.
Ridiculous lengths of queues, for self service tills, no one available to assist customers who may have needed help packing or carrying shopping .
