I never thought of the comedian Aisling Bea as an actress but in this film she is the star, alongside flashbacks with her ‘fiancée’ who passes away early in the film. Played by Colin Lewes Hanks, eldest son of Tom.
The storyline didn’t sound great as Aisling plans to continue with plans to ‘marry’ her partner even though he has suddenly died
As the film progressed, apart from some bad language, the story becomes more interesting and by the end we were reaching for tissues, after laughing at the silliness of a lot of it.
