Jordans is recalling the above product because they’ve been made aware that a small number of packs incorrectly contain the following nuts that aren’t declared on the label:
almonds, hazelnuts, and cashews nuts.
The best before date and code on the bottom of affected packs are as follows:
24 02 2020 GCP9116
What you need to do?
If you have purchased a box of simply oat granola with these codes and you have an allergy or intolerance to nuts, please do not consume this product.
Return the product to your nearest store for a full refund. We don’t need a receipt. Or contact Jordan’s consumer services team at pleasetellus@dorsetcereals.co.uk / 0800 5878901 and they will provide information on how to obtain a product replacement voucher.
