Community Litter Pick on Rush Common, Brixton Hill.
Tuesday (evening) 27th September 2022
Please join us from 6.45 pm at the benches beside the play area (opposite Trinity Academy, Brixton Hill)
Anything between ten minutes and half an hour picking will really help!
We will be using litter pickers to pick up the bits of litter along the treeline, and dustpan and brush to sweep up the little bits around the benches and the play area.
We will be supported by Lambeth Council, who will provide tools and risk assessments, and Good Gym who will bring extra volunteers.
It’s a big effort so we need all the help we can get.

Update on The Junction in Coldharbour Lane. Apparently the landlord made them an "offer" but it looks more like something designed to be unacceptable:
- 70% rent increase
- closing at 11pm
- waiving any objections for future planning applications
