I am a Level 3 Pilates Instructor working in the Bromley/Orpington area, mainly with the over 50s many of whom suffer various degrees of back and neck pain. I also hold a certificate for Level 3 Exercise Referral which means that GPs could have referred clients to me but as I am so very busy as it is I havent registered with any GP.
