Words beginning and ending with G quiz
I have identified 16 words that begin and end with a “g” and which might be reasonably likely to arise in ordinary conversation/discussion or in fiction or non-fiction books etc. BECAUSE of the otherwise huge number of possible answers I am only including words which are nouns (so no verbs, adverbs or adjectives ending in 'ing'). Your challenge is to name as many of the 16 words as you can for one point each. I am aware that there are a number of valid words and you can list as many as you like - but only ones in my list of 16 of the commonest will count. Proper nouns/words that begin with a capital letter and hyphenated words or words containing apostrophes or slang or racially offensive words are not allowed. Foreign words will count provided they are in common use in English language. To help, I have indicated below how many words there are in my list for the number of letters. No use of reference material or the internet of course to ensure fair play. Good luck.
