Winterville Clapham Common
Anyone else received the flyer about the 'Winterville' festival on Clapham Common from November to January this year? I think there is to be a consultation about it. I have mixed feelings - kind of cool on the one hand but it will take over the common a bit and it will be a tip afterwards. What does everyone else think?
