Windows - is ventilation mandatory?
Wonder if anyone could help with a question about replacing my old timber-framed windows with uPVC ones.
My wooden frames have ventilation panels. Will I also need ventilation panels in my new windows? Are they mandatory to conform to Health and Safety regulations or are they optional? I live on the top floor of a block of flats with electricity only and no gas.
