Where would one get colouring pencils that are NOT broken?
My wife needs colouring pencils for an after-school club but so far all the pencils we've got are essentially broken. Beyond first factory tip the inner core is fragmented into 3-4 mm chunks that fall out all the way to the end of that pencil. Mechanical ones are not allowed. Does anyone have an advice on where to get reasonably priced but usable colouring pencils?
