What is a reasonable amount to charge for rent?
I am looking to rent my spare bedroom out, but I am not sure what to charge monthly. If anyone here has rented out a bedroom in Clapham Junction, what did you charge? It's about 180 sq ft with a double bed, and appropriate furniture. Bills will be included in the rent. Thanks in advance for any advice.
