What do you think about making household recycling compulsory?
It is so easy in Wandsworth to recycle household packaging when the one sack takes everything and, we have a weekly collection. However, I see several of my neighbours still don't put out recycling.
I think it should be made mandatory. I know this means that someone will have to be responsible for noting households that don't... and when it comes to enforcement, perhaps to issue a fine... which then brings another set of problems BUT I feel more needs to be done. .
