Welcome Break has designs on Iver Heath!

As if Iver Heath hasn't got enough happening, with the ever expanding Pinewood Studios, a proposed Theme Park, Crossrail and the effects of Heathrow's Third Runway if/when that starts, there is now a suggestion to build a Motorway Service Station complex (M25) including parking for 1,300 cars and 200 HGVs plus a hotel!
Iver and Iver Heath are currently areas where the air quality is at illegal levels. Do we really need to increase the pollution? Although the Government intends to have all electric vehicles from 2030, that is 10 years away - if the date doesn't slip. But even after that date non-electric vehicles will still be able to operate.
Those proposing this project goes ahead would like you to comment on their website. I would like that comment to be to reject the proposal.
However you feel about it (and I am angry), the proposal can be viewed at:

Welcome Break intends to create a new state-of-the-art Motorway Service Area (MSA) which will be the first facility of its type to have the capacity to supply charging for electric vehicles to 100% of its parking spaces.

The proposed new motorway service station on the M25, located in the Colne Valley, between the M40 and M4, is needed to improve motorway safety by reducing the current 44 mile gap between existing services at Cobham and South Mimms, which is more than Highways England’s recommended safe limit of 28 miles or 30 minute drive.

The project will create 450 new full time jobs, and over 800 during construction, along with local supply chain opportunities during the construction and operation of the Services.

The MSA will initially provide up to 100 open access Electric Vehicle (EV) parking and charging facilities for the rapid charging of all EV types , powered by 100% sustainable energy sources. Over time as EV adoption grows the charging capacity will expand further to meet it and to further reduce carbon footprint.

The proposed service area will have provision for over 1300 car parking spaces and over 200 HGV spaces with ample provision for all other vehicle types and road users. A hotel is also being proposed for motorway users. Neighbourhood security is a top priority for Welcome Break and the site perimeter will have a security fence and be covered by 24/7 CCTV cameras.
