Saw a lovely Customer recently who had no idea a uPVC door isn't securely locked unless you follow the notes below

1 Close the door
2 Lift the handle
3 LET IT GO
4 Turn the key
5 Remove key
6 Check the handle
Most people don't know..... Holding the handle up whilst turning the key strains the mechanism and handles!
