UK No1 singles by Recording artists from Liverpool in the 1960s quiz
A music-based quiz today especially for those who remember the swinging sixties. During the 60s decade there were 31 UK No 1 hits that were recorded by artists who originated from Liverpool. How many of the hits and the artists can you name – 62 points available in total.
You have some clues :
1. Only five were recorded by solo singers.
2. 16 of them were in the years of Mersey Mania – 63-64.
3. 17 of them were by the same artist(s).
Many will be easy but some more difficult. No internet use of course to ensure fair play and good luck.
