Trying to get our son on the property ladder
We are trying to help our son get onto the property ladder,looking for a Studio flat to buy,Merton is probably too expensive any suggestions welcome outside the borough that are good places to buy ,he works in Tooting so wherever he buys he needs to be close to transport links,would rather a decent area so the property keeps its value,with the rent he is paying he could put it towards a mortgage,anyone else in this situation just trying to help children get on the rpoperty ladder
