The Royal Hospital for Neuro-disability (RHN) would like to invite you to register to their new upcoming event ‘Tri Hard’ taking place on Wednesday 12 June 2019, 6.30pm at the RHN, West Hill, Putney, SW15 3SW.
This year as we asking you to TRI HARD for patients living with neuro-disabilities by competing in a fun, competitive and sociable competition.
You will need 3 people for a full team. Each member will row for three minutes, cycle for three minutes and ski for three minutes on sporting machines. You can enter as many teams as you like.
The top scorers will then compete in an all-important final to determine who takes victory and is crowned champions of one of London’s newest competitive fundraisers!
The £135 registration fee per team includes a BBQ and Pimm’s and prizes!!
We kindly ask for each team to fundraise £500+ for the RHN. This sociable, competitive event is not one to be missed.
