Sky have sent me a letter, which regards me as a "valued customer" but times are hard and they are putting their prices up... I am not happy about this because I pay plenty as it is and have done for a number of years. Has anyone had experience of cancelling their contract with Sky mid-way through the contract? Do I have to pay in full for the rest of it even if they've put the price up, or do I have the chance to cancel for free if I don't agree with the price hike? We have 6 months left. Thanks, Al.
