Seeking advice - neighbours greenery in my garden
My garden backs on to private land and now weeds, ivy and other creeping greenery is coming over my wall. Anyone got any advice on my rights? Can I force them to come and sort it out, or can I trim back anything that is coming onto my land? I know who owns it. But I'm pretty sure they won't jump to help.
