RUBBISH DUMPING
I’d like to know if anyone has any idea who keeps dumping rubbish along Church Road, Ponders End? I’m so sick of having to contact the Enfield Senior Operations Manager - Street Scene and the local Ponders End MP!
This has been ongoing for the past five years and I can’t see anything being done.
