This Monday morning the rubbish picker [ £1 from Poundland ] harvested the three tins, and empty gin bottle on the pavement outside home.
Wouldn't it be good if the all-seeing CCTV systems could ID the culprits.
Then they are dressed in Day-Glo orange coveralls and be sentenced to a month's street-cleaning?
